Nice little brushes. But I’m having a hard time learning my dog to get it’s teeth brushed.Wish I could get small brushes like that for people.

    Very useful dental hygene kit.

I like these brushes for my dog. I am able to get to all her teeth.

Perfect for my mini labradoodle. Would buy these again!

  5. Rated 5 out of 5

    Easy to use

  6. Rated 2 out of 5

Really harsh, hard rubber, also big to snuggle in my finger

  7. Rated 5 out of 5

These toothbrushes are perfect for tiny puppies. I have a Chihuahua puppy and was afraid they would be too big for him. They are perfect. The handle is big enough for me to hold on too and the head is small enough to get into his mouth. They would be good for bigger dogs/puppies too.

  8. Rated 5 out of 5

    Dee K

I love the mini toothbrush. I have no problems brushing my little girl’s teeth every night using the toothbrush. Just the right size for a smaller dog like mine. Easy to hold onto the long handle. The brush itself is not stiff so it’s nice knowing that it won’t hurt my dog’s gums.

  9. Rated 4 out of 5

    Paul Pederson

I like that there are two different sizes on each brush to make it more likely every brush will fit in your pets mouth. They are a little awkward to use and the bristles are pretty long, which can make it difficult to brush the sides of my dog’s teeth. They are fairly durable though; they hold up well to me letting my dog bite down on them to make brushing some difficult areas easier.

  10. Rated 5 out of 5

    Seems to work well.

  11. Rated 4 out of 5

Great item. Would like the handle to be better/ stronger plastic

I have a very small dog. These toothbrushes are the perfect size.

I liked the softness of the bristles. Good for small mouths

Perfect. Trained my dog to not be afraid of it. I started her off with giving her a small treat placed on the finger brush (while wearing it). I praised her for eating it of off it. Then I trained her with the Vibrac CET poultry toothpaste with a small treat on it. Eventually now just toothpaste on it and brush her teeth in few second intervals.

  15. Rated 5 out of 5

Not a bad product! We paired it with a poultry flavored toothpaste to get the job done! Two happy dogs with clean teeth over here!

  16. Rated 4 out of 5

This brush fits my man fingers perfectly. My dog does not stay still to do a good cleaning. If the bristles went all the way around the finger, I could clean in different directions and all surfaces at the same time.

  17. Rated 5 out of 5

    Seth R. Ayers

Works well with little dogs. Just make sure they aren’t prone to bitting fingers off.

  18. Rated 4 out of 5

    Amber McNeil

These are great little brushes for getting your pup used to brushing their teeth. My only issue is that I wish the scrubby part was a little bit longer and really got the plaque off. Either way, it’s great for brushing beginners!

  19. Rated 5 out of 5

    Brittany O’Donoghue

All 4 of my dogs loved it! I really recommend this product it was easy to clean their teeth.

  20. Rated 5 out of 5

Perfectly sized for my cats. Have searched endlessly & finally found the right size.

  21. Rated 5 out of 5

This is a great tool. My large German shepherd/great Dane mix doesn’t mind me messing with her teeth with these finger brushes. Effective.

  22. Rated 3 out of 5

    Bita Hamidi

The finger brush is not suitable for small breeds at all. We wanted to return it, shipping was almost $7 so we kept it to giveaway to someone who has bigger dog.

  23. Rated 1 out of 5

this says for all pets and it is not. my dogs arent even that small they are between 10-20lbs and this is way too big to even fit into my dogs mouth. very disappointed

    I like it, no issues

    Holly Wood

Does not fit on finger way to big.

  28. Rated 5 out of 5

I have a crazy dog and we had to fight to get it out of his mouth it came off my finger. I don’t know if there is an easier way. I didn’t have a problem with my smaller dog, the shepherd wasn’t haven’t it. lol

  29. Rated 2 out of 5

    Jordan G

Cat became very excited about the delicious flavored toothpaste I was using, and chomped down on my finger, severing part of my fingernail and leaving a good deal of blood inside of the brush sleeve. Hurt like hell. Should have considered this possibility myself before purchasing, though. Will be opting for brush on a stick.

  30. Rated 5 out of 5

Tried today right after I received these. I was able to use on both my 48 lb and my 14lb fur babies. They actually began to like it so I’m glad. It’s like a massage for their mouths!

  31. Rated 3 out of 5

    Alan Powell

    This product worked ok.

  32. Rated 3 out of 5

Too big for my small finger, and seems a bit hard – but my dog doesn’t seem to mind it and it allows me to brush her teeth, which didn’t happen with a previous dog toothbrush I tried that she hated.

  33. Rated 5 out of 5

These are great tooth brushes for the money. Nice and long so easy to get into the back areas. They are durable and last.

  34. Rated 3 out of 5

    Beth Johnson

They don’t stay on you finger easily. The plastic is much harder than I expected it to be

  35. Rated 3 out of 5

I wanted to like this, but they were too big for any of my fingers, except for my thumb, but that doesn’t really allow you to brush cats teeth very easily. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that has medium to small hands.

  36. Rated 3 out of 5

    Michelle Neville

The tooth brush was way to big for my finger

  37. Rated 3 out of 5

    John Carroll

Too small even for a 13 pound dog.

  38. Rated 5 out of 5

    Brian M. Lewis

The brushes last a very long time. Still on my first brush after 2 months and brushing twice a day.

  39. Rated 5 out of 5

Good and inexpensive product. Will buy again.

  40. Rated 5 out of 5

    Jennifer Kay Peoples

No issues or complaints. The toothbrushes are working just fine. I like that six come in a pack.

  41. Rated 5 out of 5

Bigger than I expected – by A LOT – but the dogs (7 and 15lbs) don’t seem to mind. They are soft and get the job done.

  42. Rated 4 out of 5

    John D.

Great alternative to the standard toothbrush for pets!

  43. Rated 5 out of 5

    Lewis Dubuc

best ones i’ve found for my dog yet, though i wish the bristles were a little longer.

  44. Rated 1 out of 5

    Andrea B.

Would not reccomend this for women with normal sized/small hands. The things are huge and hardly would fit even my thumb. They also have empty patches where the bristles are which doesn’t make them uniform when attempting to brush. My dog absolutely hated it as well so I got a toothbrush for her instead.

  45. Rated 1 out of 5

    Q. Nguyen

These brush scratched my puppie’s gum and made them bleed!!! I would not buy these

  46. Rated 5 out of 5

Really easy to use. My pup actually took one and chews on it. It is fairly small though so if you have larger fingers, you might need to use your pinky

  47. Rated 5 out of 5

Great customer service. I had a small problem which they resolved immediately – couldn’t ask for more! These particular type & size of brush is a bit too big for my small pups, but I now have a brush by Pet Republique that works very well.Thank you Pet Republique!

  48. Rated 5 out of 5

    on Customer

These are good if your dog struggles against a toothbrush, since you can just jam your finger in there to do what needs to be done.

  49. Rated 5 out of 5

    pet lover

My dogs are a little iffy with it but are doing better

  50. Rated 5 out of 5

These are the perfect size for my small breed dogs (around 15lbs each). They don’t even mind having their teeth brushed anymore. I wish I bought these years ago.

  51. Rated 5 out of 5

    on Customer

My dog absolutely hated normal dog toothbrushes because they were too rigid and rough. With this product, she actually allows me to brush her teeth with this finger brush. I also like that you can easily control where you are brushing. The bristles aren’t too rigid and I think that’s why she is okay with this brush.

  52. Rated 1 out of 5

Too large for tiny kitty teeth. It also seems to freak both of my cats out. The intention seems good but I can’t figure out how to make this work with my snarling kitties during tooth brushing time.

  53. Rated 5 out of 5

Perfect! Some finger toothbrushes are too flimsy to do any good – this is strong enough to really brush my dog’s teeth but still soft enough that it’s easy on her gums. It runs a little big for my fingers but it’s still easy to keep in place!

  54. Rated 5 out of 5

Best toothbrushes – long lasting, easy to clean, and work well (as long as your dog likes the toothpaste and is a foodie). And the service was great, and I can feel good that part of the proceeds go to animal rescue.

  55. Rated 3 out of 5

It’s good for what it is, but it is too large to get in my 22 lb Boston Terrier’s mouth. She doesn’t like it at all.

  56. Rated 5 out of 5

    Doug Baraniak

Came just as described. Works well, used with doggy toothpaste.

  57. Rated 4 out of 5

    on Customer

The material is soft and flexible. Unfortunately, my dog still does not like her teeth being brush, but that’s a different problem.

  58. Rated 2 out of 5

Better to use a regular toothbrush. It’s hard to get to the rear teeth and the bristles are too short and too stiff.

  59. Rated 4 out of 5

Works well but…they are sized pretty big. So unless you have huge hands, they may be a little difficult to keep on your fingers as you’re trying to brush your pet’s teeth.

  60. Rated 5 out of 5

    Brendan Berry

Very good item, easy to use, and more comfortable for our dog than a toothbrush.

  61. Rated 1 out of 5

    Ania G.

Not good quality! Very small, too soft… you won’t be able to do any teeth cleaning with it!

  62. Rated 4 out of 5

Works surprisingly better than I expected (and with multiple brushes, will last a long time). The only challenge is not a reflection of the product, but my dog in how difficult it is to get him to sit still while I brush!

  63. Rated 2 out of 5

    Roy W.

Bristles seem a too short and stiff for effective brushing.

  64. Rated 5 out of 5

These are nicely angled for optimal brushing, and seem sturdy enough to last for awhile.

  65. Rated 3 out of 5

    josephine wallace

    Still to big for me

  66. Rated 3 out of 5

    on Customer

Seems like a nice product but too large for my fur babies. Also wish the plastic was a bit more soft or flexible.

  67. Rated 5 out of 5

I’ve tried the other pet brushes, the ones similar to human brushes and they are too painful for my sensitive Chi-Mix. This brush made ALL the difference in making brushing a positive experience. The durable plastic is also great to avoid the occasional reflex bite. The only negative would be that the bristles are not as long and thin as the image shown. These are more dense in their placement and shorter.

way to small and tight on my finger and I have small hands.

  70. Rated 5 out of 5

Very well made and long which comes in handy. Soft bristles and the two shapes are great. Great product.

    E. Pumphrey

I have small dogs and these finger brushes are perfect for their little mouths. I rated 4 stars only because the small size brush is a bit tight on my small adult female find.

  72. Rated 5 out of 5

    Rebecca Carssow

Has worked great. My dog even seems to enjoy getting his teeth brushed 😊. It is a little large to easily reach the back of his teeth, but he is a small dog.

    C. D. Cobb-Brennan

Excellent set with enough toothbrushes to last.

  74. Rated 5 out of 5

The bristles are nice and soft and the brushes fit well inside the mouths of my dog. I had been using adult toothbrushes in soft but these are much better for the dogs. Price is good as well.

these are the best brushes for us- we have 2 dogs so rely on the 2 different colors- it is a best buy this way- as sometimes the dog finds them and chews them up- LOL

Simple to use, and my dog accepts this better than a toothbrush with a long handle. Rinse thoroughly after each use or it gets gunked up. Comes in a multipack so that you can swap out for a fresh one as often as needed.

  87. Rated 3 out of 5

    Amanda R.

It works for the front teeth but hard to get all the way in the back. I would just get a regular toothbrush

  88. Rated 3 out of 5

Great for large dogs, puppies, and I can even use it with my cat. If you’re looking for cats I would suggest a slightly smaller brush but the small end does seem to work decently

Brushing my dogs teeth has never been easier. The shape of these toothbrushes make it much easier to reach my pups teeth than a traditional human toothbrush. These are good buy And certainly worth the purchase.

The brushes are great. I wish they were a little smaller in the brush area though but other than that they are a great quality and should last a long time.

  114. Rated 5 out of 5

I have been using toothbrushes for children 0 to 2 years on my small dogs. These have smaller heads, so they are easier to fit in the backs of their mouths. They are also cheaper than human toothbrushes.

  115. Rated 1 out of 5

Poor quality, Bulky and Too big to fit into the dogs mouth

  116. Rated 5 out of 5

    Great for a Chihuahua’s mouth.

  117. Rated 4 out of 5

  118. Rated 3 out of 5

  121. Rated 5 out of 5

  122. Rated 3 out of 5

These are a bit too short to reach the back of my dog’s mouth. They are also too stiff.

  123. Rated 2 out of 5

    Chris C.

the bristles are too short and the finger part fits a large thumb (which you would never use to brush). it would work if you had both large finger tips and large dog mouths. any dog under 20lbs would not have an easy time shoving this to the back of their mouths between their cheek and gums.

  124. Rated 5 out of 5

    Mary Kent Davidson

    Just what I expected.

  125. Rated 5 out of 5

Fits my dogs easier than using a doggy brush. Easy to clean.

  126. Rated 4 out of 5

Quality tooth brush but far too small for my Chihuahua/shitzu mix

  127. Rated 2 out of 5

These are waaaay too large for my fingers. If you have small/skinny fingers, buy the toothbrush that look like human toothbrushes. These will not work.

  128. Rated 5 out of 5

This is much softer than I’d imagined it would be, which is good for a puppy. The pup doesn’t mind it at all. Love that it comes in a multi-pack. The company emailed to see if I was satisfied with the product and I like that follow-up/approach.

  129. Rated 5 out of 5

We brush our dogs teeth daily and because she’s a Boxer we go through toothbrushes. These are really all you need and they work perfectly. When they arrived in the 2 day time frame they were exactly as described. They work very well on our girl and I would highly recommend these.

I’m impressed with the quality of these brushes and especially the customer service. They do a good job cleaning my cattle dog’s teeth daily. When the small size was too tight on my finger, the company sent the regular size to try at no charge. That size will work fine, though my fingers must be between sizes! I appreciate being able to try the regular size and will happily use all six of them to keep my friend’s teeth healthy.

It is ok. It does not feel like this will reach all of the appropriate surfaces of my dog’s teeth. I will try a brush with a handle next time instead of the finger brush.

  145. Rated 5 out of 5

We have an older doberman who had always let us brush his teeth with a regular brush tooth brush …until last year, then for some reason he started fighting it- I decided to give these a try before paying a ridiculous amount of money to have the vet clean this teeth and THEY WORK GREAT! I am using the same toothpaste I used before, he lets me brush his teeth with very little fussing. You definitely have better control of where the bristles are in a large dogs mouth with the finger brushes and less chances of accidentally hurting them- they stay on my finger without slipping- I did get the smaller version which works great for me but is too small for my husband to use- FYIbottom line this product works great- it is easy to use and effective! Definitely reccommend

These toothbrushes work but are not ideal for my dog’s needs. The opening that your finger goes into in too big, so I have to pinch it with my thumb to make it stay on. This wasn’t the case with the old one we purchased from our vet. Also the bristles aren’t as long as my last dog toothbrush. I probably won’t order these again unless I have no other alternative.

The finger toothbrush fit good and was of good quality but I have been using a toothbrush to brush my dog’s teeth for five years and that seems to work better for us because that”s what she is used to. I gave the finger toothbrushes to family members who have pets and they were happy to get them,

This is a good toothbrush. You have to be consistent in order for your dog to get the hang of it.

  158. Rated 4 out of 5

Finger brush is a lot thicker, for the better, than ones I purchased at pet store so can scrub harder. The regular is to small for my finger and will only fit well on pinky, but have to use it on index, and can only get it past first knuckle. This leaves a gap so it loses pressure on the nubs.Should offer an X-large and bigger for people with large hands needed better market research to determine finger sizes.?Great purchase other than does not fit comfortable on my finger. I have three great Danes so size is no concern.

These brushes are very hard. It is better to brush with softer bristles to protect a dog’s gums.

I don’t know whose fingers these are meant for – giants’ fingers? This slips around and around my finger and makes it really hard for me to control where I’m brushing on my dogs’ teeth. I’m 5’1″ and 100 pounds so if you’re anywhere around my size, I would definitely stay away from these.

I’ve only used this toothbrush once on my dog but I can say that I like it a lot. The brush and base seem to be one piece, not like a cheaper one where the brush head easily came off- which could be hazardous to my dog, and the whole thing fits nicely on my finger, doesn’t feel like it would slip off into my dog’s mouth.

AS OF NOW, I can’t say much about this product because I haven’t been able to use it. My cat has no interest in being around it. I’m not sure if it’s the smell or texture but whenever I have tried to use it with him, he makes it clear that he has no interest in participating. If you’re thinking of buying this product, just know that there may be a chance that your cat will not cooperate. At least it wasn’t ridiculously expensive.

They are very rough and wear out quickly. You should always use a soft toothbrush. These are made poorly. Spend a little bit more,,, in fact,, use a human toothbrush, it’s MUCH better.

Eh, you’re better off using regular human toothbrush over these poorly made, flimsy toothbrushes. We thought these were specially made for dog’s teeth and mouth or something, but when we un-boxed it and used it on our Corgi’s teeth… it didn’t feel any different than the human toothbrush we were using. What a waste of money. It didn’t reach a lot of the areas that a human toothbrush did. I wouldn’t waste your money on this product.

Our 6-mo old puppies are still learning to have their teeth brushed by a human (work in progress), and prefer to lick the chicken toothpaste if I’m holding the brush. However if I let them alone they chew on the large bristle head it and it actually gets on their teeth. The small head is good for their mouth size while I’m training them to have their mouths handled without licking everything. Will buy again.

These toothbrushes are okay for dogs. I rarely use the large side of the brush, and I have medium (60lb and 40lb) sized dogs. The bristles are not the same quality as a human toothbrush, and therefore do not clean the teeth as well. These toothbrushes should be designed to clean efficiently, with the least amount of effort possible since it’s generally a chore to get your dog to accept his/her teeth being brushed. For cats: these toothbrushes are IMPOSSIBLE. Don’t buy them. The small side of the brush is still way too big, and the design of it makes it impossible to brush my cats teeth without painfully bumping his gums. Not exactly what I want since I’m trying to make teeth brushing a positive experience for him so he’ll be comfortable enough to let me do that on a regular basis.I will not be buying these again. And who needs 6 of the same crappy toothbrush??

Not good for little dog mouths or average sized fingers. These are HUGE. Like 4x-5x the size of a thimble. The circumference of the finger cot was just about the size of a quarter coin and did not fit snugly at all. My thumb didn’t even fit inside the finger part–it was still too loose and clunky. But I tried one anyway, it didn’t fit (obviously), and my 7 lbs chihuahua absolutely hated it. The bristles are also not uniform (as advertised). See images attached.

Bristles are extremely hard and do not think very good for pets either. Plus the toothbrush easily moves around on your finger; consequently, the brush falls quite often or swivels around while you’re struggling to brush your pet.

Brush head works well, easy to put on and take off. I’ll give it a five star if the brush head tip is a little more rounded (for added comfort for my pet), and slightly longer bristles to reach further into the hard to reach back portion of teeth. When I ordered, I did not see a size option. Maybe I missed it. The order I got was for “Large”, which is good for a medium to large dog with fairly large teeth. It would be helpful to show the size differences (visual comparison of the 3 sizes against a quarter or dime, for example) so I know what size to order for my smallest dog.

I wish these worked for me as well as they did for others, but I’m just going to stick with a classic tooth brush and coconut oil.Unfortunately, these are too bulky for me to adequately brush my dog’s back molars (when he lets me in his mouth for starters), and the bristles are just too small and seemingly useless. I wish they were a little more small and stretchy fitting so they stayed on my smaller pointer finger better (it fit OK on my thumb). I did try putting coconut oil on it to entice my dog to let me in his mouth, but I have much better luck smearing coconut oil in the bristles of a human toothbrush and letting him chew on the bristles to get at the oil to brush his teeth.

I have used these for my pups at home, but we actually buy these for our costume construction shop in Las Vegas for stoning costumes with rhinestones. They work very well to protect our fingers as we use Hotfix stones with glue and need a barrier between our fingers and the hot rhinestones. So, another use for these fabulous pet toothbrushes! Have a great day!

My shelties brush their teeth every night, which substantially decreases the need for having their teeth cleaned by the vet. These toothbrushes work very well – there are two colors, one for each dog. I apply the toothpaste – they both prefer poultry flavor. Each of the girls brushes her teeth while I hold the toothbrushes. I help if they miss spots.

  315. Rated 5 out of 5

Great concept, wish it worked for me and the fur babies. They are way too big for my fingers and for both my dogs mouths. Do yourself and your four legged friends a favor and just try a youth toothbrush instead. It makes it a whole lot easier

  349. Rated 4 out of 5

It does its job but the opening is too big so it’s hard for me to manipulate it or turn it once it’s in my dogs mouth

  350. Rated 1 out of 5

Terrible quality – they are very flimsy. They bend as you brush. The bristles wear out after 5-10 brushings.

  351. Rated 4 out of 5

These would be much better suited for a dog than a cat. I have tried using them on my cats and they are just too long. Longer than the average human toothbrush. Also for a cats mouth the bristles are too tall, it would be hard to fit between their back teeth and cheek. I am going to try a finger one instead, but these seem quality and would work well for a dog. I can brush my cats “fangs” with them pretty well. Also my cats love playing with these.

  352. Rated 4 out of 5

You can also use the finger tip toothbrushes from the baby section of stores. They aren’t as durable as these. The plastic is thicker on these than for the baby ones. They work great for a small breed dog. I do not have a regular or large breed dog so I cannot say if they would work as well.

  353. Rated 3 out of 5

excellent idea. Works well. One thing though, the size of the brush is too small. My husband is the one that brushes my Doberman’s teeth and it’s very difficult to do as it did not fit well in his finger.

  354. Rated 5 out of 5

Love these. Simple to use. Initially my dogs were very resistant to having their teeth brushed but it was worth the hassle on my part because the tartar is definitely improving.

Great product to brush your dog’s teeth. I got these finger toothbrushes for my 12 week old mini dachshund and they work great. I got the small size and they fit my finger well. Didn’t come off while brushing. I let him taste the chicken flavored toothpaste on my finger first and he liked it. Then I put a small amount on the finger toothbrush and he tolerated it well. It’s a good idea to start this when your puppy is young so he or she will allow brushing throughout his life and have healthy teeth and gums.

Not useful for small dogs. I have a 10 # chi/poo and this is way to big to reach back molars where he builds up the most calculus. I think a very small head toothbrush would be better. I will use this with my 30 # border collie. It works better with medium to large dogs.

I was very disappointed in this toothbrush. I brush my dog’s teeth every night, and I had used the same toothbrush (a different type) for months. I decided that it was time to get a new brush, based on recommendations I had read, even though my old brush still seemed to work. Within a week of using the new brush the bristles were completely splayed out at 90 degree angles from the head. The toothbrush is now useless, and I can tell that it is no longer getting my dog’s gum line clean. The only good feature of this toothbrush is the long handle, but I would not recommend this product, and I don’t plan to buy it again.

These are a good product. I’ve used similar products before with my dogs. Some dogs do well with a brush. Others do better with a product like this. The problem for me with this type of dental care product is that it doesn’t always fit my fingers tightly. So they slip while trying to brush. That goes for all of the finger style brushes. Not just these. But the good thing about them is that they tend to be easier on dogs that don’t like you to poke at them with a brush. I was satisfied with this product.

Works great and helps with the doggy breath. I would have given a 5 star but maybe just my opinion but I would have the bristles extend all the way around the finger so as I am brushing I am getting both top and bottom gums and teeth with every jab.

Ordered this toothbrush after the high reviews, but ended up being disappointed with the toothbrushes. They were rougher than the ones I had used from Petco, and the bristles would get warped after washing after one use.Update: I started using baby toothbrushes. Those seem to last a lot longer and remain softer compared to the dog toothbrushes.

I purchased these finger tooth brushes for the newest edition to our family, a 8 week old German Shorthaired Pointer, to begin grooming training with her. These work really well on her puppy teeth, and aside from her wanting to chew on them, have worked well with cleaning her teeth as well! I imagine I won’t bet able to use these on her teeth as she gets her adult teeth, but really appreciate these as a training tool.

These are really great, well-made toothbrushes but I’m disappointed again! I’m not sure about all these reviews that say they’re so great for cats and small dogs. I have two Pomeranians and I have bought numerous toothbrushes over the years and none of them are small enough to get into my dogs mouth comfortably. The small end of this toothbrush is also not small enough to get into the back of my dog’s mouths. I’m back to using Q-tips again unfortunately. What is so hard about making a toothbrush that is actually small enough to get into the back of a small dogs mouth? The head and bristles should be no larger than the end of a Q-tip !! Hello attention all pet supply manufacturers if you will produce a brush that is actually small enough to get into a little dogs mouth you will sell millions of them !!! One of my dogs is 9 pounds and the other is 13 pounds and the small and of this toothbrush is way too big !

This product may be useful depending on the size of the fur baby. It is unfortunate that it is not available in different sizes. My fur babies are small and the size of the finger brush is too large for them to be comfortable during brushing….

  489. Rated 3 out of 5

Not the best but for the price I paid for a set of 6 I can’t complain. It fits my medium-size dog’s mouth but it’s too large for my small fingers. I’m used to brush my dog’s teeth with a dog toothbrush that’s similar to a human one. I decided to try this one only because they seem easier, baby style, maybe softer on the dog’s gums, who knows? Now I’m stuck with 6 of them because it will take a million years to wear them all off. At least that means they are good quality. I would not recommend this, the ones similar to human toothbrushes are easier to maneuver inside the dog’s mouth in my opinion.

I have two Boston Terriers, Molly is a year old 14 lb. and Luna is 4.5 months old. I have been brushing their teeth since they were tiny and taught them to brush by themselves with supervision. These toothbrushes can really stand up to small dog, aggressive chewing and not once have they been able to rip out the bristles or break off the plastic which actually feels more like nylon so these are not brittle. I use chicken flavored Virbac, the only paste they love and they come running when I ask if they want to brush their teeth! They have 100% pure white teeth! They actually hold the brush between their paws and work it all around their teeth chewing on the brush while it brushes their teeth. These were a great teething device too and it tuffened up their gums so no issues with bleeding gums. This is by far the strongest, best toothbrush I have tried, the pups love them and get very excited when they see them. I would not leave them unsupervised with them just in case, especially a bigger dog but I highly recommend these brushes and I will always keep them on hand. I get about two weeks out of one then replace it.

At first I thought I might get a random bite, as they like to “chew” the yummy toothpaste, but they have never done that. I love using these to brush my dog’s teeth. It lets me actually feel how hard I’m brushing their teeth and really get in the mouth. That being said, these are a little big on my fingers, so sometimes the brush twists around while I’m using it. It would probably work well for men’s fingers or for someone with a little thicker of fingers. I usually just hold the sides of it in place with my thumb and middle finger and that seems to help. All in all, it works and my dogs don’t mind this brush at all.

Okay . . . our canine characters serve to re-present the terms of two Cocker Spaniels (puppies) and one Maltese (otherwise known as ‘Grandpa”, because he is of that age). I am talking ‘little mouth openings’, here. So, these two–ended toothbrushes not only have a long reach, but (as afore-stated) they have two sides: a bigger brush and a smaller brush. Our “little mouthed” canine characters have taken well to the little brush. Will they eventually graduate to the larger brush? Who cares. We have the option. In the meantime, we are like TOTALLY satisfied with this product.

Our dog is very finicky when we brush her teeth, and we found this finger brush gives us much more control than a regular brush. It’s very soft, so we know we’re not hurting her. It fits well, and seems very sturdy.

Way to soft, does not remove even the soft food build up. Would not recommend, cheap human tooth brush works much better and easier to get to the inside of the teeth set and between crevices.

I have been using a finger brush to brush my girl pugs teeth, what there are left of them! When I got her she had been abused and was really touchy about everything. I got her Feb 2014. A yr later, I had her teeth cleaned by the wonderful vet I go to. She had 10 teeth pulled. Shortly after that, I got a hold of CET toothpaste and a finger brush. She lets me brush away. The finger brushes I had were not as well made as the ones I just bought. The Pet Republique finger tooth brushes are thicker and stronger. They are more substantial and seem to do a better job.

i think this is the solution for me except that the finger cot is too large. I need to find a smaller size. My dog loves to have his teeth brushed and he he loves to chew the toothbrush. I thought these might last longer than a brush does with this dog. And it might except for being too large.

These are the same toothbrushes I have ordered from other companies, but the set of six is less expensive. I like the quality, and with four pets getting teeth brushed every day, I go through a lot of brushes.

The toothbrush was very gentle on my pups teeth. They do not like their teeth brushed at all, but this made it much easier to accomplish!

I’m not a big fan brushing my two dogs’ teeth but this finger brush saves my day! Very easy to use and my dogs don’t reject it as other brushes I tried. I definety recommend it to anyone having hard time brushing dog teeth.

My Morike and I both like this better than the toothbrush that her vet gave me to use, but I still can’t get a feel on how well I’m cleaning her back teeth. I don’t think it’s a product issue – just that her mouth is small.

Nice device, and it seems to do a better job than the previous “brush” I used which was made of cloth. It’s easy to keep this brush clean, too.

Great value, just wish the bristles were slightly longer, to hold more toothpaste.

I previously gave it 3 stars but now dropped it to 1.This brush wears down in days and starts to poke the gums and causes bleeding.Part of the reason is the handle is far too flimsy. It always bends and I can’t get good contact with the teeth. You then have to apply more pressure. Not good for the bristles, teeth and gums. Holding it close to the head helps but it makes it an easier reach for my cat to claw my hand away.I find that a small toddler toothbrush is much more durable and works far better. I get great contact and don’t need to apply much pressure. Also the larger head is way too big for a cat and will never get used. They could cut the cost by simply selling one size or the other.

This finger toothbrush is perfect for brushing our pet’s teeth. So much easier than a regular toothbrush, which I felt did not allow me to get to the back teeth, because the dog would struggle with me. Now I just take this finger brush and do what needs to be done, even though there is some struggling, this is just easier and I think easier on the pet, because it is gentler.I am extremely pleased with the product and the cost. A great product for pet lovers.

-Easier and safer than a toothbrush. I have a better sense of the pressure I’m applying and it stays put on my finger quite well -that, and paired with a tooth paste my pup loves = success

It was a bit too big for my index and middle finger. It slid out a couple of times.

I used this with my German shepherd and she accepted it a lot better than a long handle brush. Will need to find some good tasting toothpaste for my min pins to allow me to use it. But good product!

I put coconut oil on this and brush my dogs’ teeth every night. They don’t fight it. Coconut oil is great for keeping teeth tartar and stain free. This little brush is much easier for me to use than a regular toothbrush. I’m thankful to have this so I don’t have to pay the vet to clean their teeth.

The designers of this toothbrush had the right idea in mind, unfortunately it is not very user-friendly. The toothbrushes are designed for a person with pretty large fingers. It tends to fall right off my finger.

It is very hard , should be soft, if you use it hard you will hurt your dog, if you use to soft you don’t have any effect.

ing, my dog actually let me play with this brush and then brush his teeth. I started with some chicken-flavored dog toothpaste on my finger and then put a tiny bit on the brush. never thought it was possible.

Seems well made and durable. The second and third product pictures are accurate of what I received. I have small hands (ring size 6) and these are a little loose. They still fit well enough where they should do the job. I’ll just have to be careful of not losing it in a dog or cat mouth!

  619. Rated 4 out of 5

While the cat still don’t like having there teeth brushed, they don’t mind as much with the smaller brush head. They like playing with the brushes if I lay one down on the floor.

My little dog hated the toothbrush, but tolerates the finger brush much better! This allows more thorough cleaning, and a less traumatic experience for both of us!

Unfortunately this thing is a one size only which sucks for the population that has small fingers like myself. I had no control or grip of it and the picture is incorrect to what you get. The bristles are completely different, spread out more, and cannot fit into a small or medium sized dog. I am quite disappointed with this purchase. 🙁

I know brushing is very important as I have heard a lot of horror stories about doggie dental problems. So, I bought this finger toothbrush before I picked up my Havanese puppy from the breeder. I took one out from the package and try it on my finger, it’s way too big for me. I know everyone’s fingers are different, but I think you need to have man-hand to use this. It is way too loose for me and I had to return it. At the end, I just bought a super soft child toothbrush and it is working out perfectly.
